1. How to cancel subscription

To cancel the membership, kindly reach to us out via call +91 6003212344 or drop an email at

toyitofficial@gmail.com from your registered phone number or registered email id. I case of if you have

opted for ECS while subscription (Auto Deduction from your account).

You can raise the request 72hrs before the current plan expiry date. We’ll get back to you in 24 working hours.

Things to note:

– All toys currently in holding needs to be returned for the security deposit to be refunded back.

– The membership of the current plan cannot be canceled before its validity expires (cancellation policy applies).
