3. Payments

By subscribing from our Services, you agree to pay the applicable registration and subscription fee and any additional charges that may apply, such as distance delivery fees, late fees or damage fees if any.

4. Rental Period and Returns

All rented toys must be returned within the agreed rental period. Failure to return the toys on time may result in additional late fees.

5.Refundable Security Deposit

Members must pay a refundable security deposit to TOYIT based upon the subscription plan chosen by them for library service. Members will not receive any interest on this deposit. This deposit will be refunded when the members terminate the membership after deduction of dues (if any) to TOYIT.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service or the servers and networks connected to the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Toy it Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide a notice of the changes on our website or in the app. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
