Maisy wakes up one morning to discover something exciting outside: it’s snowing! She wraps up warmly in her coat, scarf and gloves and heads outdoors to enjoy the winter weather with her friends.
Maisy meets Eddie, Cyril, Charley and Tallulah, and together they enjoy all sorts of snowy-day fun. They catch snowflakes, throw snowballs, build a snowman and go sledding down the hill. Eventually everyone gets cold, so the friends head indoors for a warm and cosy ending with hot chocolate.
It’s a simple, cheerful story that introduces young children to the experience of a snowy winter day through familiar activities and friendship.
